FBA Returns Policy
Free 30-day Return Policy
All of our products are shipped with Amazon FBA program meaning products shipped can be returned with no labeling charges within a period of 30 days counting from the moment you purchased the product. Some exceptions may apply:
- Free 30 day return policy will only apply if the product you receive came with mal functioning, missing parts or damaged from factory. For any other reason, you can return the product but labeling will be charged.
- Packages must be well packed. Meaning the box should have no harm, all the pieces must be inside the package including instruction manual in case it has one.
- All parts should be included in the package unless the problem reported is “missing parts” which in this case the missing part must match with the missing part reported.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two or three weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 5-7 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
